Unfortunately, the streets of London are now full of potholes, so are the pavements and the street demographic isn't any better where the native homeless are virtually ignored for those who come across the channel illegally. I have been in London my whole life so I know what I'm talking about.

I feel ashamed. How could we let this happen? So many citizens laying on the terrible, terrible streets. No home, little food & water. I can tell you a few facts though, the people you see on the streets, some of them may be on drugs; crack and heroin just to name a few, but have the biggest hearts. They are the kindest, most generous and respectful because they don't want people to experience anything similar to what they had/are going through. Anyways, that's all from me.

Happened to see this video uploaded 14 years ago, 2010. It was also the year when I began my postgraduate study in London. Time flew by. Really miss the good old days.

The song is over 50 years old. What has changed? Nothing, it has gotten worse. Great humanity. Unfortunately, more and more people are only thinking about themselves and want more and more. No more community and cohesion. This will not go well for much longer.

@jasonryan as you say help is available and I am all for helping people with addiction or getting them off the street, Of course, However In Bristol we have a huge so called 'traveller' problem. i.e. people parking caravans with portaloos, gas canisters; even fucking fencing! If I tried to park on Dyrham Downs I would get towed, They have ben there months/years. The weeds have grown up aound the 'dwelling'. It is a f''?? Green of course.?
